Yes, we make the jewellery, photograph it, and put it on the site. We make much effort to ensure that the pictures are a fair impression of our jewellery. However, colours and sizes may vary slightly according to your monitor.

2. Do you have a printed catalogue?

Sorry, we don't. We get new charms in so often that we are constantly updating our web site. This offers you an online catalogue that is always up to date.

3. What is an enamelled charm?

Enamelled charms are created by applying a powdered glass, coloured with oxides, to a base metal (silver) at high temperature to melt the soft glass and fuse it to the metal surface. The vivid colours of enamelled charms make them very popular in bracelet making.

4. Is it safe to put my credit card through your website?

We operate a secure on-line payment system with processing provided by HSBC Bank. When you place your order secure server software encrypts all your personal information - including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet. At no time are your details held together in clear text on any website.

5. How is my order sent to me?

Within the UK, on clearing of payment, jewellery is sent by first class post, with a £1.50 charge, party kits by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with a £5.95 charge.

6. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. International Postage and packing are charged at cost.
